HomeCorp is unique in the multifamily industry in that it provides a full range of services affecting all aspects of multifamily properties for both the investments of its clients as well as its principals. Services range from the sourcing and acquisition of individual properties, as well as investment portfolios, to their disposition. HomeCorp has significant strength in the positioning of properties (marketing and merchandising of the product) which is utilized during the ownership period. Its professional staff has the demonstrated ability to plan and implement appropriate strategies for individual properties. Since 1989, HomeCorp has renovated and rehabilitated properties containing in excess of 5,000 apartments and has managed over 20,000 apartments. It's consulting and fee management sectors have provided services to domestic and international investors, institutions, banks and public companies.

In addition HomeCorp develops apartment communities and this process includes site location, rezoning, market analysis, design, and value engineering.

Financing is an integral part of the development process. We have staff that is experienced in analyzing the financing needs of a property, in addition to having strong connections in the lending community to achieve the appropriate loan type, leverage and terms in order to meet the goals of the owner.

Homecorp Affordable specializes in the acquisition and rehabilitation of older properties utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits. In addition, this division consults with public housing authorities across the United States.
